I have a fairly mature 5-year-old coral honeysuckle planted along the chain link fence in my backyard. Trouble is that my neighbor, who's about 80, keeps asking me if I want her to cut it back. Apparently, the word no isn't effective.

Before she takes matters into her own hands, I figured I'd move it across the yard to another area, another neighbor. Do coral honeysuckles transplant well? When is the best time of year to move one? (And can they survive my other neighbor's male dog peeing on them if I move them to that side? (seriously))

Or should I just cut it back somewhat myself? Does it like that?

Let's hope the four clematis vines growing on the fence don't bother her too much :)
