Blush Noisette is questionably hardy to zone 6. You would need to purchase it own-root, mulch it well, and then it might live. If it does live, it would never become a large shrub. It would be root hardy, but not cane hardy, so each season it would have to make new stems.
It can be worth it depending on the rose. I have 'Souvenir de la Malmaison' and it dies pretty much to the mulch every year. It is naturally a small size shrub, but it is vigorous for a small rose. A large shrub like 'Blush Noisette' would never get to full size. It may still look good though.
If you're looking for a light colored large rose, you would be better off with the 'New Dawn' you asked about on the other post. I've not grown it personally, but I've never seen complaints about it. It is considered by many to be one of the best climbers ever.
