My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: Echinacea seed - any color except pink

20 years ago

I would like to get some of these seeds. I just traded with someone and got a lot of chaff and one seed in one package, a lot of chaff and no seed in another package. Please see my exhange list. In addition to what is mentioned there, I have a few lavender bush morning glory seed ripening.
