Cheryl ~ they only offer the Japanese type, not the Allegheny variety - I've challenged myself to only plant native from now on (because my life wasn't complicated enough to begin with). When I'm in a good mood, its actually a bit of an exciting challenge to find native alternatives. So I did a huge happy dance, within the confines of my blue recliner, when I found the Allegheny Spurge variety on wildflower.org

I know it makes a great ground cover in Washinton D.C. It doesn't like being walked on but fills in quite well after a while. Happy hunting
