Many plants are like me in this weather: they melt.. or maybe it is old age in my case!!! WEnt hiking in the Adirondacks yesterday, and had to stop half way bec. my legs could not move in this humid heat...

I hope we BOTH get rain. The rain Syracuse and Fulton got a couple weeks ago, we never got here in Oswego. So we are REALLY hurting for it!

Anne-Marie - Happy belated birthday and many more to come! We just got tons of rain, a really nasty storm this afternoon, so it sure helped out. No hail for me, although they were forecasting the possibility and the sun is back out again now.

Giniene, thank you. Glad you got some 'real' rain. Dark skies, strong winds for a while here.. scary for me (get easily scared of storms), but little rain: .20" at the most. Found many plants bent over to the ground... but to be honest, I will check damage tomorrow. It always seems worse right after a storm, then plants bounce back--at least, I hope so. Looks like Saratoga area got hit hard. Anyone from that area to report?
