Trumpet Vine

I have three beautiful trumpet vines growing on my fence.They are about 10 tears old. One, however never has bloomed. The others are full of flowers every summer. Any suggestions. Should I pull it out or do they have male an female and the others need it??

Trumpet vines can take several years to bloom but I have never known of one not to bloom in ten yrs. I have recently heard that they will bloom when they reach the top of whatever they are climbing on. If that one is still able to climb on something that may be the reason but I am not sure. I have one that I started from seed this year and it is already nearly two ft. tall.
