Not only did I find one I found 7! Well sort of. Someone in Washington state sent me 7 nice hardwood cuttings. They are in the ground and will hopefully all be rooted by next spring.

Believe it or not they are all in the ground and growing already! I contacted a currant grower in NY state to find out the best way to root the cuttings and he said just stick them in the ground and come spring they will all have roots. You can't get any easier than that.

I look forward to seeing their progress in the spring. I really hope that they all do well because I am thinking of planting them down the property line between my house and the next door neighbors house. If that isn't an open invitation to my hummers in the spring I don't know what will be.
