Merry Christmas from my Garden

I did get a surprise from my Aloe X spinossisma and my cat is not impressed. Here some other aloe winter blooms , an aloe Grassy Lassie and a christmas nasturtium before I ate it in my christmas salad. I dragged my aloe inside so the bloom stalk is not dammaged by this freeze. I can't wait to see the flower that fat bud makes. The last photo is a Agave xylonacantha.

Pretty plants, can't wait to see the aloe bloom when it comes out.

Love the nasturtium, I should try planting in the fall because winter planting doesn't work out well.

I love seeing that you have something going on bloom wise this time of year. I'll be watching for 'grassy lassie'. From the photos it looks like it can be left outside.

Love the leaf edges and the thorn imprints on Agave xylonacantha!

The agave xylonacantha is highly variable. It can also be long leafed and strappy with those outrageous white double saw-blade teeth.
