I have put tofu in my bins and it goes eventually. Sometimes it stays as a sticky lump for a long while. I break it up or blend it with other scraps now and it is fine.

Good feed I expect so long as you balance the moisture with dry bedding.

If the tofu is leftover after being cooked/stir-fried with vegetables and spices/salt/soy sauce, I'd be a little reluctant to put it in the bin. Unless someone has tried it without harming the worms.

nothing wrong with tofu in any form, just soy ... cooked scraps of anything with spices/salt/soy sauce are no problem, the amounts are miniscule, and the materials are still organic when all is said and done
