If you're using the compost in your own garden, I wouldn't worry too much. Mixed through Vermicompost, coffee grounds will go on decomposing in your soil and provide nutrients.
But if you really want to know the difference- the easiest way is to pick some up and squeeze or roll between your fingers. Coffee gounds will tend to feel granular, castings will be softer and spread more.

Vermicastings look like 1/4 inch lengths of cigarette tobacco. Also coffee grounds don't end up on the top and lid of the container. But vermicastings do.
