What does it look like? What does it smell like? It is hard to answer your question without seeing the bin. It really depends on how badly you overfed.

I once overfed with rice. The bin smelled like a sewer. The worms were complaining. I pulled out about half of the bedding/rice mixture, and rebedded the bin with shredded cardboard. The worms came back stronger than ever.
