Compost Tea

I have kichen waste, all the usual types, I have run it through a blender and stored the mix in my freezer to be fed to my worms as needed.

I also have a 15x15 foot plot that has had kitchen waste and pine needles, leaves, egg shells and anything else that is bio-degradable buried for the the last ten years and every fall I roto-till it.

Would either of these mixes work for making compost tea.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think your best bet would be to use the worm compost to make your compost tea. Is that a possibility?

Somehow I don't think using just ground-up frozen scraps or just garden soil (however rich it might be), would give you the results you want.

But that's just my opinion. Hopefully someone will come along who actually knows. LOL

Compost Tea is made using finished compost. Its full of nutrients and beneficial microbes.

Kitchen waste would give you... Kitchen Waste Juice.

And Garden soil... Well?.. Ground Water?
