I wouldn't be concerned - there are a wide range of things that are part of the decomposer community, from bacteria to bugs - it's more likely what you're seeing is from some microbial/fungal action, and not eggs - and if you've had any real heat generation in the compost, it's likely to be actinomycete activity, a fungus like bacteria
