CO2 levels

Hello,

I was wondering what CO2 level is right for Eisenia fetida. Themselves they produce CO2 ofcourse because the breath. But I have heard that some growers add extra CO2 to increase the earthworm population. Could anyone give me some more info about this?

where would you get it? feed the exhaust from your car into the bin? :) which growers add CO2?

can't imagine how it would help anything, being a gas that naturally occurs in the decomposition process it will "gas off" immediately anyway, and they don't eat it - maybe you misinterpreted C or carbon?
