I don't have any experience with these but did email them and ask. I'll post any responce I receive.

Anyone? I've put two in my bin so far... and I don't notice it breaking down yet, but it says it takes a couple of weeks.

I suppose if it doesn't need the heat from a regular compost heap, I'll be ok. I think I might start tearing them when I put them in, to give better access to the worms.

I don't know about bio bags, but I put a paper fast food bag full of scraps in the bin and it disappeared very quickly.

Boreal_wormer, did you ever get a response from the Biobag company? I've been uncertain about using these in my Worm Factory; each tray isn't very deep and I thought that they might not get covered by enough bacteria for the worms to get interested.

in order to make these products function, they include "synthetic polyester" ....... "Synthetic biodegradable polyesters are made in modified PET polymerization facilities from petrochemical feedstocks."

doesn't sound like something worms would be interested in - and madspinner, the worms don't care about "accessing" the bags, they eat the bacteria that cause decomposition, and chopping things up provides mors surface area for the bacteria to be active .... if the bags are bacterially decomposable, eventually they'll disappear, and the worms will have more bacteria to eat
