Throw that leachate on your outdoor plants/lawn.
Use those castings on everything. You cannot burn your plants, but a little goes a long way.
Top dress plants, put some in a watering jug and water it in.
Your plants will love it and the worms will like their new roomy bin.

there shouldn't be much/any noticeble "juice", if there is you're adding too much wet material [or water], and not enough paper/cardboard/sawdust, and/or not getting enough air circulation .... diminishing population could be from being too wet or not getting enough food

the 'juice' is leachate, not fertilizer, and if you can't add it back to the bin, dilute it [some/any amount] and pour it around the garden, not "on" plants .... 'fertilizing' with castings won't harm anything, in any quantity, but nothing will be benefited by large amounts, so spread it around, the biggest benefit is the bacterial addition to the soil
