Wow, that's a question I've never heard before and I sure don't know. As a guess I would say no, not refrigerated, but maybe quick frozen. They do it with sperm so cocoons, maybe.

Cocoons will over-winter, so I would imagine they can be refrigerated.

I would think they would last indefinitly if stored properly. But what is proper storage? I would store them in a container of damp peat which gets air, like the ones they sell fishing worms in. They should not hatch in the fridge. Pete
