I have had my worms for a month now. Thanks to all the advice and assurance from the forum, things were going well until yesterday. I could see the worms move from one foodstock area to another. The bedding seemed to have the correct moisture content. (I mist with a spray bottle when it seems dry.) I keep them in a garage with a heater to keep the garage at least 60 degrees F.

In the midwest there is a saying about weather: If you don't like what the weather is, wait 15 minutes and it will change. When I got my worms it was 30 F degrees and we ran the heat daily. In a month it has risen to over 80 degrees F with humidity. Yesterday was 82 degrees and today it has dropped to 30 degrees again. We have high winds and thunderstorms now. And, my worms are climbing the sides of my bin. (Not all the worms... just 50 or so.)

Is this an air pressure thing? Temperature? Did the high humidity of the week make my bin too wet? Any ideas?
