Morning Glory help

Hi, my wife and I are new to planting. About 3 weeks ago we planted some morning glory seeds and after a couple days they started growing. They got up to about 4 inches high with leaves. But this last week the temp dropped down to about 35 deg and now all the leaves have wilted and turned brown. We live in SE Texas by the way. My question is.. Are they dead? or will they come back? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Morning Glories are an annual, so I would say you should have waited till after Easter. I live in Central Texas and I wait till Easter weekend or weekend after Easter. If the stem is still green there is hope for them, if not I would go ahead and plant more seeds after Easter. You should know by then if they survived.
