Yeah, you can put it in the compost. It will likely fatten the worms up as much as anything.

I would use it more as a thickening agent. When ever i have an overly wet feed ill mix in something like cornmeal or bread crumbs to dry it up a bit. Powdered milk would do the same thing and IMO would be a better way rather than dumping it all in at once.
