fast growing shade vine or shrub

My neighbor has an ugly chain length fence and I hate the sight of it. I need a shade shrub or fast growing vine that will hide this fence at least during the summer and fall months. Please let me know what I can use because it covers at least 30'. I also need something that grows in a mostly shaded area. Thanks so much for your help. Nancy
