virginia creeper cutting

In the begaining of March I cut off a vine off my VC and cut three pieces of stems with 2-3 buds on each. Put some rooting powder on one side with a bud and put them in pro mix material. Does anyone thing they will grow? Its been about 11 days and nothing. Oh I forget they are under growing lights to.

According to the link below, you've done just what you need to do. It may just take a little longer for the roots to develop.

Have had excellent success by rooting in water. Roots quickly and transplants to yard/ground readily.
