Passion flowers and mandevillas both bloom on new growth and can be cut back almost anytime. I don't know about the other. Isn't it still too cold where you are to put them outside? I'm in 7a and won't be putting mine out for a while. I could put them out during the day and bring them in at night but that's just too much work for me. lol

Yes it certainly is too cold in my zone, but I am only thinking ahead.I have so many plants overwintering,I have to be organized.This is my first time overwintering these particular vines, so I am not quite sure of their habits.
Not to worry 10 degrees here tomorrow,yeah !!!!
