Shall I cut off these fruits?

I planted an Araujia last Spring to climb up a pillar on my patio. Last Autumn, after lots of flowers, it produced 6 fruits, the size of pears!

Now that it is April, the fruits are still there - I understand they should turn brown and "explode". Should I cut them off to encourage this year's flowers, or just leave them to "explode"???
