Flowering vine suggestions for concrete block wall

I live by the beach and I've got a concrete block wall on one side of my yard that gets eastern exposure. Currently, there's a creeping fig that is growing along it. I like that the creeping fig just grows without any help, but I'd like a flowering vine.

I would love to hear any suggestions for a flowering vine. I love the idea of a wisteria, but have no clue how it could be trained along the block wall.
