I have twin Jasmines planted on either side of my carport. Niether have bloomed and they have been there over 2 years. They are about 8 ft tall and there's loads of new growth on them.

What do I need to do to get it to bloom? I feed it several times a year and add new planting mix. They are planted directly in the ground.

They get direct sunlight from about 10 until 3, more in the winter, less mid summer. Is that the problem? I have lots of shade trees here,, lol
