We bought this wonderful house with a clay tennis court which is now a large garden. It is surrounded by a 20 foot privacy screen fence (to keep the balls in, I guess). Anyway, wisteria is planted several places on the outside of the privacy net as well as trumpet vine. there is also trumpet vine growing up some trees. It is beautiful and smells great but the vines seem to be sending runners on the ground. What do I need to do? Is there any way to control either/both? They have probably been there about 10 years.
