My wisteria lost all it's leaves in the heat of last summer. Some leaves came back as soon as more water was applied. I had some blooms this spring and now have some leaves, but they are pretty sparse. The plant isn't puting out any new vines either. Will this plant recover? If so, what can I do to help?
