In my opinion:

Shucks Green but not very juicy ones
Silk Green
Kernels Green
Cob Green for a few weeks then when the worms are done eating the remains of the corn kernels Brown. Holds moisture well. Worms like them. Takes a long time to break down. Try to break them into 4 pieces to speed it along.

I put them in a electric chopper - they are chopped almost finely chopped

No big wonder I got all kinds of chopper, blender, juicer advertisement on my vermicomposting pages, lol.

I make a 'cob' porridge with a blender and feed that to my worms.

I use my big manly muscles and bare hands :-)

I put in 'corn cob holders' makes it easier for the worms to turn the cobs. That way they can eat all sides at once.
Wanna know how worms eat corn on the cob? Simple. Just use your lips (no teeth allowed) and take verry small bites (actually more like nibbles).
