Hi, we are new at this to, set our worm bins up three weeks ago. and like you we ordered some worms that didn't ship. so i found someone else, here is a like to his web site, he has his email and phone number both listed on it right at the top.
I would call him first becouse when we got our worms he was in the process of hunting for a new location to move his farm to. And even then he still filled our order and meet us in a town closer to were we live, and delivered them in person. he was busy looking at property and didn't have to go out of his way for us but he did.

I would call Ray Hill and see if he is up and running agian yet he figured he would be in a few weeks.

I also filed a dispute through PayPal against the first seller, and it was just decided in my favor, so I got my money back. That is a relief.
