Another Trellis Needing A Vine

Hi everyone,

I want to put a flowering vine on this trellis. My two choices are Lonicera periclymenum 'Serotina Florida' (a honeysuckle) or Passiflora 'Incense'. Which one would you choose? Would the passie climb up the shingles on the shed roof? I took out the little flowers at the bottom of the trellis (not the lilies, they're off to the side). It gets sun all day and is at the corner of the shed.

I would go with the passion flower. It probably would grow up over your shed but the honeysuckle would too. Passion Flowers provide edible fruit for humans and nectar for hummingbirds.

    Thanks greenthumbzdude!

Is it too late to plant one in my zone? I know you can plant again in the fall. For where I live, that would be September.

The honeysuckle is my first pick of the two as it's my favorite kind of perennial flowering vine.
