People just throw it out on the lawn. It doesn't have to be dug in. Spread it in a thin layer.

Throw them any place. On roses, trees, fruit trees, grass, flowering plants galore. Have a good time, Just throw to your hearts content.....

I put them on any thing that grows! I even got some on my dog last week.(I didn't notice any additional growth) I use it on the lawn, hosta, canna, and all my other perrenials. The veggie garden gets a lot also. I had a small bed that was mulched with a light brown wood chip. All the grounds has turned it black! I never have enough!

Make another worm bed. Even a small container. They love coffee grounds, but you can also put them around any plants you have. Enjoy

I haven't had much luck with coffee in the worm bins. I added a ton of it in one bin a couple months ago. The worms moved through it just fine but never really broke it down. Now most of my vermicompost has uncomposted coffee in it. No matter how much I water the potted plants, dark coffee runs out of the drainage holes. It's a mess. :-/

It looks like I might be making a raised garden bed though :) I'll probably just dump it all in there.

Coffee grounds, especially fresh work wonders as pest control. They are a soso ant repellant, but great at chasing away slugs and snails. Coffee grounds saved my lillies this year.. well most of them. I wish I had thought of it sooner.

You know you're addicted when you are buying milk, the clerk is throwing away coffee grounds and you ask if you can have them. You're too stubborn to get a bag because that would defeat the purpose, so you carry it in the filter a half mile back to your condo. Not that that happened to me of course, especially not just a couple hours ago.
