I have an arch in full sun (well, the left side is a bit shaded by the arch itself) and I am looking for a vine I can plant on each side to grow up it. Any suggestions?

Ideally, it would be:

- Drought tolerant

- Have a long bloom season

- Scented

- Evergreen (would be nice)

- Zone 9

I already have confederate jasmines on a trellis, and bougainvilleas on a fence: would like something different.
