What's eating my grapes?

Something is eating my young grapes. Not the leaves, the tiny grapes themselves. I don't see any insect infestations, but each of the tiny bunches of grapes is being eaten...one grape at a time. I live in Vermont. Thanks for any suggestions and remedies.

Not raccoons. These "grapes" are in the infant stage. Each individual grape is no larger than 1mm-2mm in diameter...just tiny dots and they're being eaten singly. So each bunch is missing 1/2 to 3/4 of the grapes. I think it's much too delicate work for any animal.

BTW, I haven't had a raccoon in the garden for many years...I think the fisher-cats and coyotes are keeping the population down. (along with groundhogs and the neighborhood pets)
