Hi,

I bought a Pink Parfait mandevilla last year and it did beautifully in my garden. I brought it inside for the winter and in early spring it became infested with whiteflies. I sprayed several times with insecticide soap and when the weather turned warm enough I put it outside, away from other plants, and have sprayed it a couple of more times with the soap. The plants is still alive and kicking but looking scraggly, with no blooms in sight. Anything more I should be doing? Thanks for your help.
