I catch water from my shed's for my garden and the worms. My barrels are generic 55 gallon steel barrels. My questions is will the rust from the barrels hurt the worms? Is there a long term impact from the buildup of the rust? I would guess that Kelly may be the only one to know the answer. I do harvest my bins every few months for the castings.
