Hi, all. I usually only feed my worms things from the kitchen, not the yard. I have some hibiscus leaves that I brewed / steeped into some tea (known as Jamaica, a very popular drink in the Mexcian restaurants here). These are not flowers picked from a yard -- they were dried and purchased in the market. Now that they are used to make "tea", can I feed them to my worms? I don't know of hibiscus being toxic (hell, I'm drinking it!), but I thought I should check.

Also, is regular, shredded office paper ok for the worms, with the printer ink and all? I have tons of it.
