applying worm castings

So it is ok to just top coat the soil with some worm castings?

Is this ok for indoor/house plants also?

Maybe a teaspoon or tablespoon of worm castings?

I just applied bloom booster to my flowering plants

outside. Is is ok to apply a little worm castings also

or should you not over do a good thing?
