Greetings everyone... I have planted some loofah seeds from a generous GW gardener. The plant just flowered recently and now there are guards on the plant. I want to know when to take the goards off, and how often to water? Will they come back next year?
THey got off to a late start. I have them in pots now and the swirley thingies are attached to anything close by, from the fence, to the shed to the willow thingie, its supposed to be attached to. I think the neighbor will even get some Loofah out of this!! I plan on taking them out of the pots after I am finished on the computer today.
I was not planning on these 2 plants producing. ITs quite a blessing!!! They are in full sun. Is it good or bad to water the plant/leaves/flower itself (as if its raining). I really want to do this right. Thanks in advance!!
~Sarah~
