Yes that will make them feel right at home. Put in some damp newspaper strips, some small pieces of cardboard, a few handfulls of castings and they will do great. You need to keep the castings for a month or so and put a wet newspaper page on top of them and let the rest of the eggs hatch and get the free worms. Put a small amount of cantalope or pumpkin under the page for the worms to party on and gather then up for the bed. Try to get the eggs and worms out of any of the casting that you want to use.
