Sow / Pill bugs and millipeds - how much do they compost?

I have a lot of sow bugs (aka pill bugs) and millipeds in my worm bins especially the outdoor bin / raised bed garden. Don't get me wrong I have no real problem with them in there either.

How much do you think these bugs add to the composting or consuming of the vegetative matter within a bin?

I have found that they will cause problems in my garden bed though as they like to eat the newly emerged plants. One of their favorites seems to be been cotyledons and the first leafs are usually collateral damage.
