Uh oh, Karyn. I've been calling this SOY. Is mine too dark to be SOY?

I'm honestly not sure because what I thought are the SOY in my yard are a bit darker then the pics in the original post but they aren't as dark as yours. Hopefully Ron will stop by and give us an answer.

I posted a thread this morning about some odd blooms that I got on a SOY but it might be something else.

It can really get confusing can't it?! take a look at all the different ones in the link. For trading purposes I just label mine by color and call it purpurea!!

Ron opines that mine is likely Grandpa Otts which means I need to get a photo of the one I thought was GO and see what it really is if possible.
