I can see the beginnings of flowers on my snail vines. I can hardly wait for them to bloom, this is my first time growing them,they look so unusual.I have mine growing up the front of my deck where it gets quite a bit of sun.

Mine are in bud, but no blooms yet. My moonflower vine is in bud also, but again - no blooms yet. My JMG's bit the dust about a month ago, during our 95+ heat.

Same here on the snail vine. Did it take forever for your vines to actually take off? Among all the plants I started from seed these lil vines took months to grow and until this week I was beginning to think they were duds! My moonflower vine is setting buds also.

I got these as plants from parks and they took forever to start growing. But now the vines are huge, growing out of control and they're everywhere! (I don't mind) I'm just starting to see signs of flower buds. Hope they flower before it gets too cold! I'm thinking about cutting back in the fall (to a foot or 2) and potting them up for the winter. I'm hoping I can get a jump on next season by starting out with bigger plants.

Mine haven't bloomed either. They got cut back after a storm but are vigorous and growing all over the place again. No blooms though. I have them mixed with some cypress vines which are blooming and have the biggest stems I've ever seen on a cypress. Should be really pretty if they ever bloom.
