My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You could always try "faux" wainscoting where you purchase foot boards (1/4 inch thick) and have them all cut to 3 feet - space them about 20 inches apart, adding a chair rail to the top of the boards. You would then paint the entire lower section white. Hope that is helpful.

    Can you advise how far apart these panel moulding boxes are from the chair rail, the door molding, the baseboard and the box next to it? Are they all equidistant and how many inches? THANK YOU!!!
