Hi, I was wondering if worms have routine rest and active times within 24 hours.

Each time I feed the worms (2-3x /week) I have been noticing about 6-10 worms along the top of the plastic bins. About 1/2 of them seem limp and do not wriggle when touched. Does anyone know if these are just resting or are sickly and on their way out.

If they are sick, is it important to remove them from the bin? I have been leaving them incase they are healthy but resting. Could a sickly worm infect other worms?
