The smaller the container, the less room the worms have to move around, the longer it takes to eat their food, and the easier it will be to mess up. Coffee can, or large yogurt container can work. One of those cardboard milk containers could work since they are covered in wax. Would want to change out when you harvest.

Problems I've had in using a gallon milk jug were too much moisture, easier to heat up the small bin from food, and it did take much longer for the worms to eat those small amounts, just because you can't have that many worms.

The Clementine box might work, should be better than a coffee can. Just need to make sure the corners are enclosed.
