My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

3 trays vs 5 trays

Sorry for the simplicity of this Q, but I haven't found any article addressing it specifically - and I don't want to assume I'm right.

Is the theory of a 5-tray system simply to give you a finer finished product at harvest? with fewer worms to sort?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
