I have been putting all my leftover veggies into a food processor and then storing it in a 5 gal bucket until I need to feed again.

My question is this; Is this safe for my worms if there white mold on top of the mixture inside the bucket??

I'm worried bc of the mold that grows on the top of the mixture of broccoli, salad greens, pasta noodles, lemon rinds, etc...but I find it easier to store it in this bucket, like I said, until I have to feed again.

I add to the processed food: vacuum bag contents, shredd if I get to much moisture in the bucket, but I'm still questioning my storage idea.

I am burying some of it too, in my garden, if I get too much backed up.

Any advice would be great.
