Carlos, Paper towels and napkins make up a large proportion of the paper that goes into my kitchen bin. I put junk mail, etc into a tumbler outside to precompost a little.

Depending on the type of frog,it probably does not dig a whole lot. (some dig deep). Yes frogs eat anything they can get into their mouths, including other frogs and worms.

As far as setting a trap, I have no idea how you might go about it. The frog should tire out alot faster than you...

Including napkins should help naturally balance bedding with food additions. Some food containers and disposable plates seem to be made of high quality egg carton type material. They too would insure enough bedding for food contributions.

A little frog even if he is eating worms should not be a problem. A wife and kids too should be fine. But if he starts to invite in aunts and uncles... sticky traps should work.
