Even tho the successful shipping guarantee will be honored, it would take awhile and be a hassle. Only thing to worry about....freezing weather during shipping. Check the long-range weather forecast.

btw, when you get the worms, put them...AND THE BEDDING THAT COMES IN THE SHIPPING CONTAINER into your newly prepared bin. This'll lessen the shock of a new home.

if you have any friends that can give you a couple hundred worms to start off with that would be great also if you could like look on Craigslist or freecycle to get like a worm or can o worms if you don't already have a home for them.
check out Facebook they have a vermicomposting group with a lot of very generous people there and I would have to agree with Chuckibtoo on the advice given :)
